network fluctuate after android 10 update....downgrade...Samsung A70

My Samsung Galaxy A70 having issue of network signal flactuating and Internet became slow after android 10 update. This problem is still happening after factory reset. Then I went to Samsung service center and they has reinstalled the android 10 again but still having the same issue.

Now I am thinking to downgrade android 10 to android pie on Samsung A70 (If service center wants to do that). Should I do this?

I have done all those things but issues are still there.

u use wifi or mobile data cause mobile data speeds are down right now due to increased net usage and fluctuation of data speed traffic

We understand the inconvenience you have faced. Kindly follow the below mentioned steps to improve the performance of the device related to network:

1. Check device network mode settings: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > network mode.
2. Check network operator settings: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode. Check device network in open area. Kindly check your device in a different location/network coverage area.

In case if the issue still persist, register your concern in Samsung Members Application for better assistance (Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)

How do u attach a log file?
