my phone suddenly switched off..

My phone suddenly switched off and get stucked on Samsung logo while i was watching a video on YouTube.. i have to force restart my phone to get rid of this...please tell is there any serious issue or is this normal to happen as i m bit concerned because i m using my phone from last 1 year and this type of thing never happens to me till now.. 

This all happens after my android 10 update 

Model is SAMSUNG GALAXY A50.

Please help me

your issue about phone automatically stuck on Samsung logo is a software glitch caused due to android 10 update it will solve by clearing cache partition


how to clear cache

Turn off the device.

Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power key.

When the Android logo displays, release both keys.

An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.

Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.

Press Power key to select.

Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Power key to select.

When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.

Press the Power key to restart the device.

yes sure... but there is heating issues too in my phone...only using WhatsApp or Instagram can cause this phone to heat a lot...is there any solution for this?

heating issue is also created by this update and Samsung will fix it in next update

my A50s was also heating up after android 10 update but now after may security update Samsung has fix now my phone remains cool all time so don't worry
