my phone keeps freezing and crashing

My phone (A50) is having this issue for the last 2 months. As soon as the CPU usage increases, my phone gets frozen and restarts multiple times. Soletimes it'll go on for an hour. I formatted, hard reset and even went on safe mode and the result is the same. Any help would be great!

thats the problem with A series . they are midranged phones and thus they have the issues you mentioned
try to delete all unecessary apps then disable all useless system apps make sure you optimise your device daily
and stop all features that you dont use..it will work

Try to clear some memory and close running apps. If already formated and still the same, please bring the device to the service center.
