There is no auto call record on recent galaxy devices, since in most of the countries it's illegal to record calls. However, you can try a third party app, but that might not work as well because again, recording calls is illegal almost everywhere.
from andorid 9 , google have blocked call recording, unless the manufacturer included in the phone app, you wont have it, samsung does, but the laws in your country should permit it, if you are in a country where its not allowed you wont have the feature.
