If you're bought your device officially from India then you should get it because Samsung already rollout Android 10 with One UI 2.0 on Galaxy A7 2018 in India.

I'm from Bangladesh and I'm still using Android 9 with One UI 1.0 after update on my Galaxy A7 2018. Samsung rollout their updates region wise that's why I wanted to know where was bought it because Samsung doesn't rollout Android 10 till now in my country where already rolled out it in India.
