missed call problems

While I'm on going call ,another call didn't show in my display. Why like thiz ? This is the biggest problem in samsung mobile . My model a30.if you have any solution for this problem?

did you enable call waitin... option?
go to dialer >3dot>settings >supplementary service and check once
