mic Not working on a call while on loudspeaker

I recetly bought galaxy a51...everything is good but when i make a call and put on loudspeaker, reciver can not listen to my voice so i have to use the phone against my ear piece...

It is easier to use loudspeaker sometime but it seems my phone mic on loudspeaker is not working..

Any ideas how to fix it ??

yes I have put a plastic sheet...thanks lame remove it and then try

Well thank you very much Salman I'm also facing the same issue and after reading your comment I removed the back plastic sheet from the upper side of my phone and it's working fine 🙂

It really worked on my A71. I just removed my cover plastic sheet from back side of my mobile now everything working fine. Thanks

It's not you mobile phone fault..Samsung has removed call recording feature from Android Pie to onward...
