Only because your device has issues does not mean that the company has started using substandard parts. I have been using Samsung for so long that I have seen the improvement. I agree that its an electronic device and can have issues, but that does not necessarily mean that it is of substandard quality. If your device is under warranty, then it will be repaired for free provided there is no water damage.

I too have been using Samsung for 4 years. But I see this problem right now in a50, a71, or a70s in all three mobiles. same probalm.. and
I agree that you can get repair of mobile warranty free of cost. But Samsung should improve this in their phones

What I experienced, it os issue, and after a restart, it gets fixed, and never happens again.
