loud speaker issue

 I want to know that my samsung a11 loud speaker during call creat an issue like its not workng properly, r some tym fully off, not working any one tell me the solution r setting?????

its upper mic will covered with any paper or protective sheet so remove it for unblockage of hole

yes during cl when cl is on speaker....

then try to refresh the phone.

wipe cache files.
