As your device doesn't support smart capture(hope I am not wrong), so scroll screenshot is not available in your device..

A30 got smart capture with last update. A50 may get with next update. also just check in advanced features setting.

Samsung is not adding basic features like long screenshot ,speed metre and QR code scanner it is bad
