lockscreen walpaper gets brocken

I recently bought A30s. And upgrade it to android 10 from android 9. But now my lockscreen wallpaper gets brocken every time when im trying to unlock my phone. How can i solve this problem? I also visit customer care but they can't help me out from this problem. 

This is the problem. I have took a picture of my mobile lockscreen. How can i solve it?

they said it is may be bugs. so they cant help about it.
