issue with the regional sim lock

I bought the galaxy a50 from India and I came to Malaysia for some personal matters and I tried my Malaysian sim in my phone and its asking for the regional sim unlock number and wen I showed to the service center here thy told me to show in india which I currently cant do bcoz I'm in Malaysia.

So kindly please help with the regional sim lock

u cant use this phone in other countys this phn will work in in Indian only

Customers should made five minutes of calls in any Indian sim operators... After they can use any sim on any region / Country

yes but thy told me wen I asked thm thy told dat just use ur local sim and use for 6min and all thn I can use in other countries, but I hav been using ths phone for more than 1month thn I came to Malaysia but its showing me to unlock the regional sim lock

ok contact the Samsung support for further assistance, You were doing all what they told after same problem means contact support may help us

I already went and saw the Samsung service center in KL and thy told me thy will not do anything to the phone bcoz it's under indian warranty
