Galaxy AHi,
I bought a Samsung M31 on 1 August 2020 and from past 5 days I have been experiencing a spreading pink purple screen problem, we have taken it to the service center today morning and to our surprise they say its not covered under warranty. They are trying to convey their opinion saying its because of pressure on the screen which is utterly nonsense to me as i don't carry my phone in pockets and always keep it safe. And I strongly remember there is no case of dropping the phone as well, It all started with a small pink spot at the corner and slowly spreading like an ink all over the screen. I strongly deny your service centers perception of this problem and to be honest they haven't checked it for even a minute and asked to pay around 6000 rupees towards replacing the screen which is quite weird when its under warranty.
I did enough research on this pink purple screen problem and I realized that this is the very common problem SAMSUNG users are facing, see below

I am highly disappointed with the service centers way of handling the case and asking us to shell out the money to get this sorted when its under warranty. I dont want to take any further headaches on this matter actually this should be handled within yourselves , let me know before I go ahead and file a case against SAMSUNG in the consumer court.
Regards

Galaxy Aamoled displays are very fragile to shock
may be by mistake, someone else might have did something which gave a shock to your phone, without your notice
And if it was a manufacturing defect then the spot would have been visible at the first sight.
This is not Samsung's fault.
You can ask any tech expert, you will get the same suggestion.
