issue on my A50s

After updating my phone . Lot of time my mobile restart without any notification and many more time they hanged my mobile

are u mad . how I can I reset , my data will lost. just now I don't have any compatibility to take backup in this quarantine days. and also I could upload to cloud data . and also this days much needed data at home to leisure my time

Do the Following
1. Take a Back up of your data through Smart Switch in SD Card
2. Perform Factory Reset
3. Restore your data through Smart Switch. The whole process must take 1 hour.
My A50s had hanged once and got restarted. I did the same thing and its working fine. If your problem is solved please click 3 dots on my first comment on the right hand corner and "Accept Solution"

you dont need another mobile if you have a computer you can install smart switch app...for more info check out my latest post
