Hello. Please I have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy A80. When I take a photo with the system camera and with snap, the photo is not clear when I share it on WhatsApp. The same goes for videos. Who can help me please

Hi, you can try to long press the camera icon for one second then select app information > Storage > Clear Catch.

yes only that. photo and videos. when I take the photo or video on the phone's camera or snap and share in a WhatsApp story the image is no longer clear

Usually Whatsapp will compress images and videos to make it smaller. It will compress images into 100 to 200 KB files irrespective of the original image size. Can you share some screenshots so that we can understand the issue better?

while uploading photos and videos on whatsapp it will get compressed..this may effect overall image quality..

its normal cause whasapp doesn't support good quality photos and videos
