This symbol came when i scroll the bar and it disappears when task scroll out.

it is from Google chrome, i just disabled and enabled the app and the symbol goes, i don't know what is going on. i don't think google look to my phone but i am thinking, is some looking in my phone by using google or its just a bug's.
