how to use Earphones in Samsung a80 (Type C)

Does anyone know how to use type C earphones in Samsung a80? I recently bought this phone but when i plug in earphones it says "connected USB device isn't supported".

No i bought extra from the shop. Original is working but sound quality is not good so wanted to buy other one.
