Bro, first Gcam is specifically designed camera tool only for Google pixel devices and the devices having permission of Google. so there is no possibility to download it officially.
You may search on Google for its apk files,but I doubt,if it will gonna work or not..

Steps to Install the GCam 6.1 for Samsung Galaxy A50 and A70
 
  1. Firstly, download the GCam APK for A50 or A70.
  2. make sure to enable the Unknown Sources option by going to Settings>>Security or Settings>>Addtional Settings>>Privacy.
  3. Install the GCam application like any other normal application.
  4. That's it!
