Tap & Hold on the "Device care" app then go to App info>Storage> then perform "Clear cache" and go to "Manage storage" then perform "Clear data" and try again.

Even if it doesn't work then perform a factory reset on your device. Even not, then wait for the next update hope they'll fix this problem in future.
Even not, take your device for servicing to Samsung authorised service centre.

Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:

 

  1. Space availability (Storage & Internal memory): To improve the device performance there should be sufficient space. Request you to keep at least ''minimum 20% internal memory free''.
  2. Clear cache memory of a particular application: Settings>>Apps>>Select particular app>>Storage>>Clear Cache

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members App >> Feedback >>Error report >> Attach log file for any issue)
