heating issue & battery drain issues in a50

Dear Samsung, 
It is to inform you that after update to android 10 in a50 battery is draining like a hell and phone is heating most of the time. Also the applications are laging at the time of opening. Kindly resolve the issues and provide the necessary update to a50 as soon as possible. So that, we a50 users (most high midrange selling smartphone) may get better experience. Thanks in advance

Hope your issue is resolved. In case the issue still persists please follow the below mentioned steps,

to resolve "heating" issue : 

1)Close background running apps.
2)Uninstall the unnecessary apps.

To resolve "device" hang issue kindly follow the given below steps:

1) Remove third party application: Settings > Apps > Select the third-party application from Apps Eg. DU Recorder > Uninstall.
2)Reset the device and before resetting the device make sure to create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Settings> General Management> Reset.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
