haptic feedback not work on galaxy A50s

There is no haptic feedback on home screen buttons ie in back and home button in my A50s. Can anyone tell me if haptic feedback is there or not on screen buttons in A50S.

🤔how it's possible....I think you have to perform factory reset then....software glitches possibly there

did you update your software from mobile data? 🤔.this type of case I have seen before after download software from non reliable sources like mobile data, where wifi or firmware flash is recommended
