I BOUGHT samsung galaxy A50 last year 
Now i have facing hanging problem 
I delete my all data n also updated my phone frome the center  but i am very disappointed with theservice of samsung

then now u can do only one thing hard reset
first take all ur data backup

hard reset your device.
1st, turn off your device
2nd, press power and volume up botton minimum 7 sec.
you enter recovery mod
3rd, choose given of factory data reset
volume up and down botton
confirm press for power botton
