hanging issue

I BOUGHT samsung galaxy A50 last year 

Now i have facing hanging problem 

I delete my all data n also updated my phone frome the center  but i am very disappointed with theservice of samsung

where is developer option??

Steps to enable developer option
settings >about phone>software information >then u find build number >tap 7 times>then back to settings
and at end of settings one new option called developer option
click on it and find that option

i hve done this but after that my phone is hang again n again

take backup of all our data through smart switch
and reset/format your device

you are stuck in update trap. they put bug in update and force user to buy a new phone. i didn't update yet and my phone works good in android 9 pie
