.gif files not working in gallery app

Gif files won't play in the gallery app after updating . Any solutions?

Try clearing data and cache. If issue is persistent, kindly share an error report in the get help section

Please confirm your gallery version
Because in latest version i doesn't face amy issues with the gif

Mine is 12.1.07.5
Please check that if you can update from galaxy store

Otherwise you can try to clear all data then reopen it again
* clear data will clear your groups etc inside gallery but it wouldn't delete any image

Try different gif,also clear gallery cache/data
