Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
>Perform the reset settings of the device (setting>>general management>>reset>>reset setting).
> Once kindly disable the Edge lightning and again disable the same (Settings>>Display>>Edge screen>>Edge lightning>>Enable it)
>Run the device in safe mode and check the issue
> Check the availability of software update
