Galaxy Asettings>applications>scroll down to the galaxy store>clear cache/data
or
if problem still persists
settings>applications>scroll down to galaxy store>select it> click at 3 dots>uninstall latest updates

Galaxy AHi there,
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner) > reset app preferences.
2- Settings > apps > Galaxy store > storage > clear cache > go back > force stop.
3- Settings > apps > Galaxy app > tap on 3 dots > uninstall update.
4- Clear the RAM memory of device (Settings > Device care > Memory > Clean Now).
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app > click on “+“icon > send feedback > Error report/Ask Questions).
