I didn't use my mobile for two months, I kept it as it is but now it is not turning on, it is not charging. Please tell me your suggestion. even i charge it for over night it didn't on and also see many videos from YouTube and try all the tricks.

Take it to service centre now.

Lithium Polymer batteries must be charged at least upto 50% if you want to keep them stor for long periods. . I'll explain what happened with your mobile in next comment.

I didn't use my mobile for 2 month when I stor it It has 40 to 50 percent battery but its go dead I charge it with original 25 watt charger for last week and trying to charge but it is not charging and no charging symbol come my mobile is in new condition no drop bo water I take care of it but it does not charge.

Jb bhi mobile store krna ho to hmesha koshish kia krein 100% charge kr dein. Or hr month charging pr lga dia krein. Chahe 100% hi show kr rha ho tb bhi lga dia krein

Lithium Polymer batteries chemical based batteries hn. Lithium batteries rkhe rkhe bhi discharge hoti rhti hai. Ye natural process hai. Self discharge kehte hn isko.
Hmesha full charge krk rkha krien mobile, or within month phirse charge kr dia krein.

Otherwise 1 baar bhi BMS circuit bnd ho gya to phir msla bn jaata hai. Mobile charge nhi ho skta phir, baghair battery replacement ya repair k.

60 days is a long period for 40-50% battery left.
Always try to charge your device regularly even you are using it or not.

Hr 15 day charge kr lena better hota hai. Agar 100% charged hai to phir 1 month tk charge kr lena chahiye. Wese nhi Chor skte mobile ko.

Lithium batteries ko charge krne k liye jo circuit battery k sath connected hota hai usko BMS kehte hn. Wo circuit charge accept krne k baad hi battery ko charge kr skta hai.
BMS circuit ko working k liye at least 3V require hote hn. Ishi liye Mobile software is trah program kia jaata hai jb battery low ho jaye or battery voltage 3.2V tk aa jaye to mobile off ho jaata hai. Ta'k baqi power BMS ko chalaane k liye use hoti rhe.

Aapne battery extreme low krk mobile rkh dia. Lithium batteries time k sath sath khud discharge bhi hoti rhti hn. 2 months bnd rhne ki wajah se battery ka Voltage ab 3V ya 2.8V se bhi neeche chala gya hai. Is liye ab BMS work nhi kr rha. Chahe aap mobile ko charge krein, ya overnight charge krien. BMS on hi nhi hoga or battery charge nhi hogi. Q.K BMS on battery se hota hai. (Phle k mobile phones mei BMS Nhi hota tha, to wo overnight charge krne pr ya High Current pass krne pr ON ho jaate the) abk mobile aese on nhi ho skte.


Isko theek krne k 2 method hn.
1) ya to Mobile ki full battery replacement hogi.

2) 2nd option ye hai k battery ko utar kr. Uski BMS circuit ki wiring de-solder krk, battery ko direct charge kia jaaega 10-15 min tk. Jese hi battery voltage 3.0V se uper jaegi wapis BMS circuit connect kr dia jaega. Phir mobile charge utha bhi lega. Or theek se chalta bhi rhega.
