Once clear cache from RAM if it is still stops working Go to device care scan the phone once. And then Restart

long press on app icon >app info>storage >clear cache and data >restart your device then try

Simply go to device care and run a device check. If the problems persists then give feedback to Samsung support team and reset your phone.

Be assured, to resolve "App crash" issue kindly follow the given below steps:-


1. Launch your settings>apps>crashing app>storage>touch clear cache &clear data.

 

2. Reset the device:- Before resetting, kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
How to reset:- Settings > General management > Reset.


After performing the troubleshooting steps if the issue still persists, kindly get back to us with additional information- Error log File, Video or Screen-shots. bro clear cache partition, i am using A50 and I have also faced this issue.

but clearing cache partition really works.
