Why A12 Internet connection so slow,is it common,pleace tell if have a solution

Hi can u see the 4G icon near the signal bars? Or is it H+?

4G when select LTE at network settings and H+ 3G Select at network settings,problem is phone take some time to load and buffering

Yes its probably an area issue and not a phone issue. Do a speed test using the speedtest app and post the results here

You are on 3G, try switching to LTE, I'm sure the speeds will be much better
