fingerprint works so bad

After November 2019 update fingerprint works so bad and its difficult to add finger. Every time shows finger doesn't cover sensor. Really painful.

its because of temper glass

I disabled fingerprint unlock and now i at peace. terrible customer support!!!

does it work in bright light? suppose you happen go in sunlight. Have you tried fingerprint unlock?? For me it never works when i am in sunlight. So I had to disable fingerprint unlock when I go out in the sunlight.

Same problem here. I was a loyal Samsung customer but now not gonna buy another Samsung product if they don't fix it in February. Can't wait any longer.
