I have to restart my phone multiple times to get it to work any solution plz.its an A7 2018

Try removing all your fingerprint profiles and loading a new profile. All clear space on your phone such as unused apps and games. I hope this helps 😁

It might be a software go to settings software update install

Since the software update fingerprint no longer exists removed unwanted apps cleared phone done soft reset and back to factory default too and still nothing
