fingerprint scanner not working

I just formatted my samsung galaxy a7 2016 and after formatting it to factory settings it's fingerprint scanner is not working at all but before formatting it was working fine. Please provide me any solution

Clean your device's display and fingerprint sensor and restart the device and try again to set up fingerprints...

Visit the nearby Samsung service centre and ask them to reinstall the operating system on your device and hope your fingerprint censors problems resolved
