After software is updated by customer care service

phone's fingerprint feature is totally worst ...even any single fingure is not accepted.

remove screen protector and try....I have seen this type of issue in oppo device also ...after factory reset it's not accepting ultrasonic fingerprint..again if someone remove screen protector then only it's accepting
