Please be informed this may appears on a limited Samsung smartphones due to affection of some 3rd party applications such as weather or clock widgets.
Those applications use device resources repeatedly and this affects device performance while using phone. To confirm that this symptom is caused by 3rd party application, please delete recently installed applications and reboot the device.
