My new Samsung A16 5G Galaxy phone does not have Add eSIM as an option in SIM manager. Can anyone tell me why or how this can be changed

A16 Have No E-SIM Option..

Thank you for replying . The official Samsung website says that it has dual SIm and one eSIm option.

It has hybrid sim slot not e sim available

You purchased midrange phone so esim functionality is not there. You need to buy S series for esim service.
