I've been asking samsung to reslove this issue day by day and mind me this process is hell!
I think samsung hates after sales support...

( Why isn't samsung replying to my query... Has samsung agreed that that's a bug in its update Anyways i am so much pissed by u guys... I didn't expect this to happen with samsung I've sent all log files as asked... The battery issue still isn't resolved And due to that i am suffering day by day... Carrying power bank with 4000 mah battery phone looks disgusting and yet I've to do the same... everyday!! My battery drains regularly...it drained 25% overnight!! I've no words left now... U r urging me to move to another brand bcz ur service response **bleep**! )
