display color problem

So i have a problem with the lock screen of the A30s. When i put in display fingerprint on the lockscreen picture colors are over saturated dark like cartoonish, I also found out that when i disable the fingerprint unlocking  method and unlock by either pin pattern or swipe the colors are fine,but as soon as i turn on the fingerprint the colors turn bad again. So i want to know if this is a software issue or its just my device any other people  are having same issue  as mine?

brigtness ko auto sy khatam kr k increase karein , phir lock screen k baad wallpaper clear nazar aya ga

it's worked.. but ye issue q hota hai any idea? mene google pe b parha hai kxh phones me hora hai in display fingerprint print lga k

But mery mbl may fingerprint option pher phlay restart the devie option aya pher restart karny kay bad contact to customer service option show ho raha hai many jab say new screen lagwaii hai tab say option show ho raha hai phlay nii hota tha screen bii many taab change karwaii thii jaab many is ko charging pher lagya ak din 100%say zaydh hui tu next day mbl screen blank ho gai
