didn't got android 10 update

I saw that they wrote that android 10 is rolled out in a7(2018) But when i try in software update  , it show a message  that there is no new update in your phone , help me pls.

i have contacted to live care they told me that they will forward my problem to technical team and they will contact soon .

that's good , even I did live chat with Samsung human assistance for twice they told me that A7(2018) device will get update till the end of this month.

something is wrong in this , they told me that android 10 is rolled in a7(2018) , you can update it but when i told them that there is no update . Then they asked me from where you have purchased it and after that told me the above line which i wrote earlier.
