Why bother. All you do is send the T&Cs telling us there are no more ear buds. Even though your site says 1000 (four thousand). Samsung cannot even get a T&C right.

hi i have claim my ear buds it was dispatched to me but did not reached me i send plenty of emails and messages still no feedback from Samsung i am so disappointed with the services.

Same situation can't get hold of the claims department to claim my buds phone never get answered and emails never get replies.. Customer service **bleep**
