charging problem

I am unable to charge my galaxy A51 with the charger came alongwith phone. The charger and cable is good enough to charge Samsung Note 8. But when i try to charge A51, it doesnt charge the phone. With the same data cable, if i use samsung power bank, it charges the phone. Unable to find out the fault. Any help regarding this would be highly apprecaited.

charger change kia tha, charging likha hua aa rha tha but charge nahi kr rha tha , 13 py e stuck thaafter half an hour

I think Software problem ha Coz sub ko he ye problem aa rhi mre pas A30 ha is me bhi yehi problem ha

did you consult with samsung CSR??

Yes. As usual they said to visit customer service centre.
All A30 users are fasing this issue and some A70, A71, A50, A51 are also fasing.
