chargin problem after update on galaxy a series

they said to use another original charger i used but nothing changed and at last they said to get to nearest costum service and am living in country where is no samsung store dd

You have to start your phone in the Safe Mode first to make sure that it is not caused by a third party application. If smartphone charges in the Safe Mode, then you have to clear the cache or data (even uninstall them if the problem is remaining) of the recent apps you installed which you think maybe the cause of it. Still, if the phone does not charge, then connect it to the PC or laptop via the USB cable. If your phone responds to the connection, that means your problem is in the carger and you have to buy the new one or change it.

1. Press and hold the Power button until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release.

2. Touch and hold Power off until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release.

3. To confirm, tap Safe mode.
-The process may take up to 30 seconds to complete.
-Upon reboot, 'Safe mode' appears in the lower-left of the unlock / Home screen.

4. With Safe Mode enabled, "test device and app functionality"
