can't update a51

Hi guys,

I am unable to download the January 1 security patch for a51. It is unable to download on any network. Ut keeps on sending pop ups and after sometime it says server error.

Please help.

then connect your phone to laptop with USB cable then open smart swtich in both device and there it will automatically fetch if there is a update. try to update from there.

my smart switch also doesn't work

Goto settings > apps > from the 3dot menu on top right tap " show system apps"
Then search " Software update " using 🔎on top.
Ckear cache and data of the app/s
Restart and try again.
It may work.

Then take a backup using SmartSwitch and goto service center. Or you have to do a factory reset.

u know what, I have A10 and I wasn't able to update it via WIFI at 100Mbps connection. But when I switched to mobile data, the update was downloaded within minutes. So try it with Mobile data
