I have problem in front camera lens..there are some lines appear on the screen and also captured in the picture. I am so worried about it as it's been only 2 days I hv purchase the cell phone. Kindly guide me what should i do...thanks
yes might be possible. try to capture with other device simultaneously. if both devices reports same then its ok if only your device reporting this kind of issue this valid reason to take futher actions. but time is limited. if the 7 days passed then they will provide a solution via repairing. if you are successfully put a complaint with in 7 days then you are entitled to receive a box pack unit replacement.
