After updating to January security patch when I open camera or turn to video mode. I noticed the image or video is not clear and sharp as the way it should be due to a bug. Is anybody facing this issue. Please reply

submit the issue to samsung by going to get help at bottom of app next send feedback next error reports

Hi there,

 

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

1) Clear the Cache of the camera (setting>>apps>>camera>>storage>>clear data and cache).

2) Check Picture size (Camera Capacity) in camera setting (It should be Max according to Camera Capacity) or check by changing the aspect ratio.

3) Turn on/off the Auto flash as per requirement.
