call speaker issue

During call receiving, while I switched on speaker option to talk with other person, receiver do not listen my voice as well same my side. 

Please guide what is the error

check your speaker first by play any sound...

go to > GET HELP > PHONE CARE > INTERACTIVE CHECK > check speakers

uncover the upper mic which is located on the top side of mobile.
so unblock it by using pin and clear the mic hole.
