Turn on pairing mode on the Bluetooth device first. Then it will show in the available device list.

We understand that you are facing an issue with Bluetooth connection. And we apologize for the inconvenience.

First of all, please make sure that both devices are used in 10 meters range, and the Bluetooth device visibility/discovery mode and pairing mode are enabled.

* For non-Samsung devices/accessories, please refer to the user manual or contact your manufacturer in order to enable device visibility/discovery mode and pairing mode

Then you may try to reset your mobile network settings to its factory default settings. From Home screen, tap Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.

Note: This will erase all network settings, including those for: Wi-Fi, Mobile data and Bluetooth.

In addition, try to clear the Bluetooth cache and data, by following the below steps:

Settings > Apps > Tap options (three dots in the upper-right corner) > Show system apps > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear Cache/Data.

Note: All saved/paired devices will be wiped from the Bluetooth history.

If it asked about PIN it should be 0000 or 1234 by default. If it didn’t work, we recommend you to contact the Bluetooth device provider, as it’s related to the other device not to the phone.

Kindly be informed that you can change the phone visibility by following the below steps:

Settings > Connections > Phone visibility
