To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:
Bluetooth Issue:
1- Both devices should be under the Bluetooth range. 2- Unpair all Bluetooth devices which were connected earlier. 3- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode. 4- Reset network settings (Scroll down notification panel >Settings>General Management>Reset >Reset network settings).
Network Issue:
1) Ensure that network frequency of your device is selected on Auto-mode.
Settings > Connections > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select Auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE)
2) Search for the Network Manually by the steps as mentioned:
Settings > Connections > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Select Manual Search.
