battery problem

I have a6 plus n past 2 months i have a charging problem take 4 hour for charging n today i put my phone charging in flight mode but after 2 hour it shows 24% but after restart my phone it display 96% so what's d problem will you help me please...

either the battery or the charger are malfunctioning.

i think you should take your phone to service center for inspection.
