Check the battery usage for individual apps to see which app is using battery heavily it seems like screen on time and Andriod os is consuming more battery in the background.
Follow these steps and see whether there is an improvement. - Switch on adaptive brightness. - Put to Sleep unwanted apps. - Restrict background usage of battery for Facebook, WhatsApp, Messager like heavy battery usage apps. - Optimise battery usage of apps that consume more battery. - In Device care there is a new mode called adaptive power saving mode toggle it on so that according to your daily usage, screen on time, power usage are monitored and it would automatically switch to medium power saving mode. Try these steps and see whether there is a improvement in battery performance. You can also use the Dark Mode which would reduce the battery consumption a lot.
It will take some time for android to monitor battery performance.
