Due to generous battery draining in my A30s, 4 days ago i reset my phone completely but still i am facing same problem, battery draining rapidly nót stop still..
But there is another problem rise..
My device care app won't show that my battery will how long last...
It always show "learning usage pattern"..
I already send error feedback but it doesn't work, customer care send me same robotic answer which they already sent 15 days ago when i already raise this issue...

Dear Moderator,
what if i am unable to do this..??
because last 3-4 days i am unable to post any post on Samsung members app..
i couldn't send any feedback nor able to send error report because when i am going to do this Samsung Members app throw me on home screen window of Members app...
I can comment or i can reply any other members post but i can't post my own queries..

Battery draining is problem for every new Samsung phone. Because of its ONE UI.
Every One UI phone has BIG Battery but still can't give single day backup.

yes that's true..
but i have multiple issue's..
like transition effect is like hell..
it seems like phone crash on that particular time..
second, battery drains rapidly..
Thirdly, sometime fast charging not occurred..
fourth, its new... that i won't post anything new as my issue on Samsung Members app..
no feedback... no error report allow to send..
